Mr. Aaron
Tom DeSeno, a local Asbury Park attorney, has stated that the
bankruptcy clause (Section 8.8) contained in the redevelopment
agreement with Asbury Partners would not be enforceable in a court of
law. Can you please opine as to the validity of this statement and the
enforcebility of this provision?
