i voted for the decorative lights on the east side
only. but it would make sence to have some on both
sides, but less on the west side if that makes sence.
if you placed one on the west side inbetween each
pavillion it might look nice. can you picture what im
talking about?? the lights in bradley beach suck,
cause there too bright. i think its the type of bulb,
maybe not exactly the brightness.
