I saw the Casino the other day and it just seems to be falling more & more apart. Now in a way I think it looks cool ... there seem to be crows nesting in it, trees growing up top! and it's almost a deteriorating building but moving spectrum in time. But I know long term if it gets too far 'gone' they will probably say it can't be restored.
That, I think, may be their plan. I know that they’re supposed to restore part of – as written in their contract. But is there anything like an “act of God” clause should the building simply fall apart?
I’ve often thought some people have been hoping a northeaster simply blows the problem away. I hope I’m wrong.
