your right, there is a difference between the boardwalk and cookman ave. but keep in mind, that whats being done on cookman ave. is perminate, and ment to remain as you see it. its clear that whats done on the boardwalk is only for a few years, untill a final renovation is done (for anyone out there who didnt know, or figure it out. that final renovation will come as soon as the first 3 main residential projects are completed).
