I beg to differ but that will do no good of course. When asked, you 
refused to show my postings ad compare them to what you said I said. 
I any event, your reponse does a great job of refuting your original 
post.

And I took Jim's remarks to mean that persons with certain expertise 
would ADVISE and not DECIDE. It appears that people with expertise 
or who are charged with giving advice are not heeded by the decision 
makers in any event based upon passed experience with this 
redevelopment. Didn't the council ignore most of the planning 
board's recommendations?

You brought up the legal metaphor and as you now recognize its was 
inappropriate. Juries? Mon Dieu! Do you suggest a true democracy? I 
am aghast at it coming from a Limbaughite. It is not a jury of peers 
calling the shots on redevelopment here in AP, we both know that.

But Tommy, please get it straight, I have said it here a few times
