"IT HAS TO GO DOWN"

Charlie, so I don't upset you unnecessarily, walk down to the Casino
and look toward CH, bend down if it helps, now ask yourself why in
hell does the boardwalk dip down roughly 300' north and then rise back
a further 300' to an imaginary straight line north between the Casino
and CH.
