First thing, get a great architect, one that is used to bring new life 
to historic structures. Look at Beyer Blinder Belle. They are one of 
the best. They did Grand Central, Ellis Island.

They too are excellent and did the New Victory Theatre on 42nd Street.

Both firms have done a lot of historic restoraton and adaptation as 
well as epxerience with performing arts spaces and musuems. You need 
the best for this, especially if you are considering something like the 
Casino, which is where you belong.
