elected from 4 areas...plus 3 other council
members....INTERESTING....however....Asbury park is too small....PLUS
ITS HARD ENOUGH TO FIND 5 COMPETENT COUNCIL MEMBERS...let alone
7.....staggerED terms are good....PLUS TERM LIMITS MUST BE
IMPOSED.....TERM LIMITS.....TERM LIMITS.......
