"I would vote for AP to be a year round residential community. That
of course is the focus of the currnet redevelopment, but I do believe
it is mixed use as well. The goal is 450,000 square feet of retail
along the ocean and entertainment in the area of the Casino going west
down the lake. Sounds like something for everybody."

Silly ass may have too nice; you're a horse's ass. You honestly think
"450,000 square feet of retail along the ocean and entertainment in
the area of the Casino going west down the lake" can provide
"something for everybody""?

As the local authority on "business is business" can you explain what
businesses might occupy 10 acres of retail on the ocean? We know that
your role model for capitalist brilliance is The Fish; nevertheless
you've got to admit that a retail development of that size is asinine.
Even your fellow traveler, Dan the Jacobson, would retract his ever
extended money grubbing hand from Fish's pocket in the face of such
stupidity, not to mention the damage such an attempt would cause
existing Asbury merchants.

Outside the foregoing I think you're on to something; something as
dumb as any you've come here to promote in the past.
