The idea of Asbury Park being a world wide destination may continue even if
the town moves residential; however, I would have to think that the top
entertainment will slowly stop coming to the town if it's just another town
at the Shore with a nice venue.  Other towns have that as well (such as
Manasquan) and the entertainment rarely pulls people in.
