(4) dishwashers cutting chix breast at the endof where the dishes come out. (5) illeginal alliens working there sending 90 per-ent of the money back to the country they come from.Not paying any taxes. (6) non washing of hands after smoking & handling of money money is the dirtyest thing that come into a food service business alot of differant hands touch it. They can sue her but not the restaurant.In my eyes.Know some of these things I mention can get a person sick.And can be bad for your health you should be able to sue for that.If done on a daily basis they the owner,managers,chefs would have to know.I had a Food Serice Sergeant in Cooking School in the Army tell use in 1980 10 to 20 years from know there will be new diseases out some from food because of 2 reasons Lazy & uneducated people in Food Service was in write ?
