AC does play a role in the "new entertainment". Why? - The casinos are now only a small part of the scene. The entertainment has picked back up with more national tours, new, clean clubs and of course, a huge marketing budget.
Do I feel safe walking outside the casinos at 2am or even driving down one of the side streets - no. The pavillions were supposed to be rebuilt.
