Here's a few local examples:

-There were no other developers interested in Asbury Park.
-The State was going to take over the City.
-This 'deal' is the only one that could be done.
-A residential oceanfront it best for the City.
-We can't change anything because of the MOU.
-Those critics are just anti-redevelopment.
-We sold the beachfront cheap because Fishman will restore it.

All together now, everyone repeat that mantra.
