Let's see how many of them are here at all during the winter though. I know
there were many areas with new housing that were empty last time around.

I'm not sure what the going rate for a summer rental is but 10,000 is very,
very low.  My wife and I have a small bungalow and we were offered about
15,000 for the summer when we bought the house five years ago...
