Folks don't see that Asbury Park is unique, just as those other places 
are. Look at the marketing hype - "South Beach meets SoHo", "North 
Beach", "Wesley Grove" - What happened to Asbury Park?

Count me IN ! The taxpayers owned the beachfront (at least since 1903 
they have). Now it's all kind of Fishy :-)
