its true that the building isnt in the best of shape. any damaged steal, or rusted locations would be fixed. do you think anyone would build on something that isnt sound? more so, a company with a name to itsself like metro homes? and also, yes, the building is worth money. even if everything aws taken down, except for the parking garage. there are roughly 2 million dollars under the ground alone.
