I saw a report on news 12 New Jersey about stores in the upscale shopping district in Morristown closing. Businesses are losing money.
They have deteremined a reason: Not enough people live close enough to the Downtown area. The fix is high density condos to attract more upscale shoppers with discretionary spending money. You have to hand it to guys like Sanders, Loffredo, Bruno and Jim Aaron. Very intelligent bunch and way ahead of the curve for recognizing the merits of high denisty condos to bolster the City economy. ------------------------ Yahoo!
