FROM THE DESK OF COUNCILMAN JAMES W. KEADY DECEMBER UPDATE 2005 Dear Constituents: Since many of you are most likely very busy with holiday
preparations and celebrations, I will keep this month’s update
brief. Whether you are celebrating Chanukah, Christmas or Kwanza, my wife
Leslie and I would like to wish you and your families the happiest and holiest
of days. I also want you to know that it has been my deepest pleasure
and honor to serve you and the City of Asbury Park through the second half of
2005. As we approach the New Year, I am looking forward with great
