ASBURY PARK- Entertainment is alive and well in this famous
beachfront resort and for a flat $10 fee you can enjoy all of it every
first Saturday night of the month.

"The Asbury Circuit Rock N' Ride" pass allows purchasers free
access to seven clubs participating in the monthly event and also
includes a complimentary "Rock Trolley" to get you to each
destination. The tour is sponsored by the Merchants Guild of Asbury
Park with money raised to used promote Asbury Park as a shopping and
entertainment destination.

The seven clubs are the Stone Pony, Ocean and First avenues; The
Circuit, Kingsley St. and First Ave.; the Wonder Bar, Fifth and Ocean
avenues; Asbury Lanes, 209 Fourth Avenue (near Kingsley Street);
Crossroads, 114 Main Street (near Fourth Avenue), The Saint, 601 Main
Street; and the Red Fusion Café, 662 Cookman Avenue. Red Fusion is the
newest restaurant and lounge in the city, located in the former
Harry's Roadhouse.

"This is great chance for people not only to visit downtown Asbury
Park but to sample all of the other fine entertainment venues in the
city as well," said owner Ron Rinaldi.

"We are particularly excited to be opening our new restaurant and
club to the public on these nights so please come on down and have a
good time," he said.

A special trolley will run a continuous loop between all of the
clubs, starting at 9:30 p.m. at Red Fusion and ending at 2:00 a.m.-
with the last stop also at Red Fusion. This allows club-goers to leave
their cars parked downtown after First Saturday or to visit Asbury by
train, located just one block from the Red Fusion Cafe'. Passes can be
purchased at any participating club either the night of the event or
in advance and group rates are available for parties of 12 or more .

"The idea behind the tour pass is to allow people to partake of all
the fine clubs in Asbury Park for one low fee. Many of these clubs are
legendary in their own right and most are also within walking distance
of each other. But, if you don't want to walk, just hop on the
trolley", said MGAP President Donna Juliano.

"This is a great deal for only $10 and offers a variety of
entertainment, food and fun for everyone," she said

Rock & Ride pass purchasers must be 21 years old and have proper
identification.
