Didn't say they lived there, Red Bank has extensive parking east of
Broad and north of Monmouth Streets and continually struggles with the
question of whether to build a parking garage.
What Asbury has and Red Bank is unlikely to ever get is density, which
utilized might create the critical mass necessary to offer a unique
urban experience.
