If the plan is not to have B&Bs in the WRZ, then how come there's no fewer
than four B&Bs that are either under development or about to open -- including
one who will have the resolution approving their site plan memorialized at
tonight's Planning Board meeting. They are all in the WRZ. How come the
Planning Board thinks B&Bs are a good idea in the WRZ?
