ALERT The Assmbly's "Commerce and Economic Development Committee" is holding hearings on Redevelopment for "increased ratables and economic development."  They made it an irrebuttable presumption that if YOUR real estate is designated "an area in need of redevelopment" then the only thing you can argue at the condemnation proceeding is how much you get.  The Chairman is John Burzichelli, a.k.a. Mayor of Paulsboro and a.k.a. real estate developer in Paulsboro. They take your home without a jury trial on the merits of the validity of the designation.
