Single family for sale: 114 as of this am from 79k to $1,250 COndos (not any in the redev zone):.....85 for sale. Multi family: 56 properties (most s/b single family) OThers: around 25 commercial properties (Apartments etc). Plus another bunch not in MLS plus the new condos.
I agree with dan to a point, down the road, it will all turn out whether or not it is liked by all. Look at belmar, bradley b and OG.
