Wow.  That's one of the most arrogant F-off statements I've ever 
heard.  I can't believe he wrote that, or that anyone would.  
Everthing he mentions that they "built for free" or "donated for low 
income housing" was an agreed-upon cost that was factored into their 
overall agreement - not a donation they should be thanked for.  
The "thanks" they have gotten is the entire redevelopment zone, 
Convention Hall, the Casino, etc...  I usually try to remain 
somewhat open minded, but wow...  What an ass.
