BSand opinion yes. Hearsay no. It is one thing to say I think this
councilman is not doing a good job because of etc.... It is quite
another to say he said something in a newspaper when he didn't or to
distort, take it out of context. Worse then to call him unAmerican, a
child,...etc. Or, as you have said, spread gossip. You get the picture
whether you admit it or not.
