If the Little League gets the $80,000 applied for, then maybe the balance
could be picked up by the developer/land broker! They could donate the
development rights fee they charge on 6 or 7 of the beachfront units!! Or,
if that's not possible maybe part of the $1,000,000 they saved when they bought
the Albion Hotel in conjunction with the City!! A small price for them to
pay!!!
