Listen, the one block i'm talking about doesn't look like a typical 
construction site. The 
fence is a joke, and it's been a joke for more then a year. Even worse, because 
the fence is 
down in places, kids play in there. Do you think it's a safe place for kids to 
play? I don't.
As for the new curbs, sidewalk and streets...great. Big improvement. I agree. 
On the other 
hand, have you seen how much litter there is in the ocean front area? I've 
never lived in a 
place where people so greatly disrespect their city by littering. Am I wrong 
about that too?
