i think its becasue asbury partners are not exactly the most well liked group of people. if it were a different developer working in the area, would the miss hap with the fence be an issue? would the fence looking the way it did before the hole be an issue? (people complained the rubble pile shouldnt even be there a few months back. but, if it werent there. how would things run?? it is a working site. it cant look too pretty. maybe a different fence would be better? however, you figure for all the years that the city had its run down motels and buildings on the waterfront. half caving in, invested with who knows what. not even fenced in. just open to the public. no one complained on here then, did they? i never heard
anyone. so with the holes in the fence fixed, the fence is fine in my eyes.
