"not infrastructure"

Funny I see roads being opened, new pipes, new wiring, new sidewalks. Is that
not infrastructure? They did have to wait till the end of the summer to do the
roads by the waterfront.

Almost exactly like it looks now. What has been done to the Casino
in 4 years? The 5th Ave pavillion? The Power Plant? CH? Are you
suggesting the interim uses in SOME of the pavillions are what is
envisioned in the WRP? If you do, then you disagree with Jimmy, John
and Kevin. You have been living in AP too long. A crumb looks like a
loaf of bread to you when it comes to redevelopment. We are focusing
on our waterfront buildings here, nothing else - not infrastructure
or subdevelopers. You sound like a blind person.
