You're right. Ocean already has one of the most diverse school (frank
d agrees on this) districts in the state, let alone the county.
All that with less then (I think) 10% state aid.
No abbott money here, even though under the rules and exceptions etc,
they probalby could get some with a good fight.
They should start by merging Allenhurst, Ocean and Interlaken police
departments.
