justifiedright, yeah, that says it there. i guess they do owns it. i wanst sure. i thought when it first opened it was owned by asbury partners, but operated by someone else. i guess i was wrong. good article though. depending on what happens with the case, i think its possiable when the club reopens in the spring, or summer probably, it may have a different name. just so its not assocaited with the place the accident happened. dont know. just a thought.
