I understand what you are saying but haven't we been down this road before. I seen to recall Asbury Radio positing an investigative story how the worked stoppped only to then tour the building and see progress. I believe they have a garage under the site do you may not see all the trucks. Also it is possible they are waiting for subcontractors or materials.
