nope.

Red Bank has it's own share of problems hidden around corners.

You have Red Bank Regional and Borough of Red Bank BOE.
The RBR Board of Education is composed of nine citizens elected from
our constituent districts. Representatives are elected on the basis
of constituent population - two from Little Silver, five from Red
Bank, and two from Shrewsbury. As Board members, they establish
policies and oversight for the Red Bank Regional School District.

Red Bank Regional High School draws the majority of its student
population from three sending districts: Red Bank, Little Silver and
Shrewsbury. There are a number of students from other county
municipalities attending the high school on a tuition basis. NOTE
THIS PART: They are enrolled in one of two state approved programs:
(1) "Vocational School" Program, or (2) The "Visual and Performing
Arts" Program. The total enrollment is 1144. Minority students
account for the following percentages of the total student body:
Black 13%, Hispanic 11%, Other 2%.
