Hope this link works! If not google, "Abbott Decision". Many links
there.

Which means, you favor "separate and unequal". Which also means that
while minorities pay as much federal taxes as the majority, while the
majority enjoys "new" textbooks and the old ones goes to the poorer
districts. Like I've said, if you've had a 450 year HEAD START, what
would you do to make it equal, which is what the judges who made this
decision, was trying to do. As usual, the administration of Abbott
and other, so called "equality", issues, resulting from the civil
rights movement were badly administered and who suffered? The poor
and Blacks, as usual. So now, hear you sit, decrying, what should
have been an equal opportunity, but I don't care who runs it, it is
always botched, by crooks and liars! Buy Dr. Carter's daughters, book
on how it was on the West Side and get back to me. It was a hell of a
lot better than it is today.
