So surries would be allowed in a special lane but not bikes? What you suggest
is that the boardwalk cater to the business.

The limited hours for bike riding were fine, however, it should have
been allowed after 6 pm as well. What the real problem was that they no
longer allowed him to rent his surries. Those can't go fast and they
should have been allowed at all times, perhaps in a special lane.

Had he hung out, AND had a bike lane been put on Ocean, it would have
been amenable. There should be a bike lane from town to town along the
ocean street.
