"The lights on Convention Hall have been on in the past. They were on about 5 years ago during the summer all of them. I also remember when they were on all the time in the summer growing up as a kid. During the boat shows back in the 80's they were on all the time." i dont know about the 80s, but i remember 5 years ago when a few were on. i posted on here about it i think. back then, a few on the front facade of the building were on. now all are on, around the whole building. even the side facing the ocean.
