ASBURY PARK — A 40-year-old Asbury Park man is in critical but stable condition 
in a local 
hospital after he was shot Saturday morning, an official from the Monmouth 
County 
Prosecutor's office said.

Roberto Asencio Robles, of Sewell Avenue, was shot at 9:20 a.m. near a Family 
Dollar store, 
in the 800 block of Main Street, said First Assistant Prosecutor Peter Warshaw.

The suspect was described as a black male on a bicycle, wearing blue hooded 
sweatshirt, 
Warshaw said.
