I totally agree with your statements and Werners.  I couldn't comment
before, on unseen projects.  When I rode down Ocean Ave. on Friday, I
remembered to stay to the right, due to Ocean Ave., being a 2-way
street, for one, although once on the street, I didn't see any
vehicles on my left, coming the opposite way.  I saw the mulch, that
was mentioned on previous posts, the shrubs, etc., then I saw the
lights and went, ?what?!  What the heck are THEY supposed to be? 
Kiddie lights?  They look like an experiment, instead of standard
lighting!  They don't "fit in", if you know what I mean!  Pitiful, is
all I can say and hey, keep your flashlights, handy, if walking and if
driving, use your "brights"!  I couldn't believe the 110th, was held
inside Convention Hall, (noting its' condition).  I did love the
miniature carousel!  I almost burst into tears, because it's so
nostalgic, of everything Asbury Park, USED to be!  Is it me?
