I noticed a few days ago there are underground "up lights" in the
proces of being installed along the front of Convention Hall. Theres
one at the base of every Arch. Makes sence that that sort of thing is
being installed now, before the sidewalks are put down (which is movnig
along fast now).
The new Paramount entrance is moving along fast now too. It ties
in with the front of Convention hall i have a feeling, sidewalk wize at
least. Not sure what the end result will look like though. It's hard
to figure it out at this point.
