"People have the option to walk away from the lights." Someone may say, "why do we have to have an option? Can't we talk whereever we want?" yes, you can. But clearly you see there are lights there, so if the lights bother you, walk a few steps away from them. The lights have been there for weeks, and no one that i know of have complained about them.
