The devil is in the details. I'm sure Werner gets driven nuts on a weekly if not daily basis by what people and companies are doing to the city. In addition, he must constantly debate himself and others on what course is best for the city. a task I would not relish. Werner is officially or not the best we have in both knowledge and expertise as the city historian. Is it any wonder James Bradley felt the same way as his city was changing, for the worse I might add.
