Just beacsue Ocean Front Asbury called it that, doesn't make it right. The whole world could call it something, but would that make it true? Either way, it is a heating plant. But power plant, is not that far off from the truth. The word "power" has clearly been used, where in the minds of others, maybe it shouldn't have.
