That is probably the biggest issue that AP has to overcome, and so far I think our PD is doing a pretty good job at that, but I still think it's an uphill battle. Last night, my street once again was prostitute and pimp central. But, I keep calling the cops, and they keep coming, which is good. The drug problem still seems big. There is an apt. building near the corner of Kingsley and 2nd that seems to be a place where alot of dealing takes place...and most of the people that appear to be dealers either live there, or make pickups and deliveries via bicycle. I also think our city needs more positive PR, and unfortunately the APP is more apt to report the shootings then the progress being made. --- In [EMAIL PROTECTED] ups.com, "oakdorf" <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > wrote: > > --- In [EMAIL PROTECTED] ups.com, "Hinge" <hinge98@> wrote: > > > > It amazes me that the only thing that currently brings new people > into our city is music. > > Once you have the beachfront cleaned up (and it is each day), you'll > have more and more "tourists" - in the summer.
