They've sold a few more then a few one sales rep mentioned. No sure in
total how many overall yet. Summer's coming and the cleanup of the
ocean front and the 5th ave pav looks alot better.
They also mentioned that it's not going to be 10 years - but 2 years.
First tenants expected spet 2008 south tower, then Dec 2008 for north
tower.
You always feel confident when the owner/builder says he "purchased"
one for himself.....
