Hey if places like Coney Island and Brazil where thousands of people walk and hundreds of people ride bikes can do it so can Asbury Park. Yes, they can designate a bike lane and enforce a speed limit on it. While I did see people on bikes this weekend, a lot of them were respecting others walking,I did see a few who did not. I see no reason we can't have a bike lane as long as the police enforce it.
