Ocean Ave looks great with the striping, etc. I am even encouraged by
the striped walkways at corners for pedestrians. Thus far the two way
traffic has not presented a problem as expected, however, it is early
in the season. On Sat i did almost get hit by a car that was traveling
the old one-way (northbound) but which was going way too fast and did
not stop for us in the walkway. Luckily a police car came by and they
pulled the car over. Let's put the orange cones out at the pedestrian
walkways like they do in other towns indicating that it is state law
to yield to pedestrians. Rethink a two-way stop sign at the bend near
the Empress.
