Sometimes the public see things that are wrong, obvious things. It makes you wonder why, or how police can't see this? There are lots of things police are kept busy with, so its understandable sometimes. But when you see things right out in the open, and there are police ridding by... why arn't they "picking up on" the same things the public are?
