Amen to that. If I had the money I would build a hotel in a heartbeat. Done correctly (like the Ocean Place) I'm pretty certain a Shore hotel would do very well. The beach is certainly enough of a draw. Sadly, it's a bigger draw with hotels (which we lack). Yahoo!
