It's not about discrediting Allan, and I no desire to hear from them
weekly. It's not even that big a deal. My simple point was that back
when the fountain in Library Square Park was vandalized, I tried to
contact them several times, and neither my phone calls or emails were
replied to. I just wanted to get involved with helping to fix the
damage, and I wanted more information about the sprinkler system that
they had installed which was vandalized days after it's installation.
The sprinkler system has never been used because it's broken, so I
wanted to see what I could do to help. Keep in mind that the society
raised $30,000 for this project. One would think that they'd want
people to get involved and help protect the investment.
