Jim - Thanks for posting the agendas each month. And I hate to reward you by laying this on you, but I have to ask what exemption permits the closed executive meeting on the waterfront matter? The plan has been passed into law and it has been amended twice that I know of. Since it is a public document shouldn't these negotiations take place in public? This isn't a contract anymore -- it's a municipal plan that may be amended. A such I don't think it meets the definition of exemption for contract negotiations. Could you state your opinion on this?
